I am a Melbourne-based freelance content specialist, which means business analyst, strategist, information architect, proofreader, editor, copywriter, content producer, and project manager.

Effective content helps your readers or customers to find you, understand you and believe you. It should speak to them in their own language, help them to do or find what they want, and (hopefully) encourage then to visit again.

NGV media website

I was approached to be business analyst, content designer and producer to design and build a new media section of the NGV’s website. It took us 6 months and has been used enthusiastically by NGV staff and journalists alike.
